Fees & Insurance

My fee is $185 per session and I accept only BlueCross BlueShield insurance at this time.

 

My fee includes the valuable time we spend together and everything else that goes into our relationship. This includes emails and short check-in calls along with the time I spend deepening my knowledge of how to address your individual needs through reflection about our work together, clinical consultations with other mental health professionals, and in professional development courses. Effective therapy also has a value that can extend far into the future, well after the therapeutic relationship has ended.

 

A sliding scale is also available. Please reach out to learn about my framework for sliding scale fees.

 

Out-of-network reimbursement: I can provide billing statements (superbills) and other necessary information for you to submit to your insurance carrier. Make sure to contact your insurance company to learn if they provide this service and everything involved in the process, as you will need to pay for the sessions directly then submit for reimbursement following payment.
