Welcome, take a moment to be with yourself, to breathe, to tune in to what your body, your history, and this very moment tells you. In whatever spaces we create together – in the therapy “office,” during a walk in nature, at a workshop or retreat – let’s laugh, be in wonder, be tender with grief, give space for rage, and enjoy learning how to be a whole human in right relationship with ourselves and the world.
We will move through harm and towards healing, generating the strength and resilience to face all that we — our family, our community, and our ancestors — experience and have experienced.
